Martha Williams is the owner of the Original Goat Yoga Minnesota location and is a native Minnesotan who resides in Grand Marias. She is a Timber-framer, wilderness guide, recovering yoga studio owner of 20-years who still does the occasional teacher training. She is blessed to have two sons and feels very lucky to be happily married to her teenage crush, their dad Eric.
We offer public Goat Yoga classes in pop-up locations in Grand Marais and beyond. We also provide public & private guided wilderness hikes on the Gunflint Trail. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us. Be sure to bring your own beach towel.

Lainey Morse is originally from Michigan but has lived in Oregon for the past 10 years where she has worked in marketing and freelance photography. She now works full time on developing her new found businesses Goat Yoga and Your Daily Goat to make goat dreams come true for everyone.
