It’s time to LET IT ALL GOAT! Goat Yoga is part yoga, part animal-assisted therapy, and part beautiful views and loving animals! Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! This is an all-levels yoga class followed by Goat Happy Hour® which is time to soak in the scenery, bond with the animals, take pictures and let the stress of the day melt away.

*Use Bathroom facilities at the community center, walk north one block to the Horse Park.

*We will send an alternate location by email 24 hours prior in the event of inclement weather.

*Please come 15 minutes prior to event start at the latest so that you can use the facilities in the community center. There will be no bathrooms once you are at the Horse corral.
